You’re popular, but still not getting School Messenger text messages?

Staff and Parents who think they should be receiving text messages from our School Messenger system but are not, have two choices. One, a tech ticket can be created and we can check on the status. Two, make sure your cell number is in PowerSchool. For Staff, it should be under your Info. screen in the ‘Home Phone’ field. For Parents it’s under either the ‘mother day phone’ or ‘father day phone’ fields, respectively. Then text the letter Y to 68453. You should get a reply stating that you have opted in. If you updated or added in your number to PS today, you need to wait until tomorrow to send the opt-in text message as School Messenger is updated once a day.
